Kolkata, West Bengal, India, April 2025 – Abhijit Pal has joined Alphaxine Solutions Private Limited as Executive Director and Board Member, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team. In this new role, Abhijit will play a pivotal part in driving strategic growth, strengthening operations, and enhancing client experience as Alphaxine deepens its focus on digital innovation and transformation.
Most recently, Abhijit Pal was Partner & Business Unit Head – TechM Consulting at Tech Mahindra, where he led global practices in IT strategy, application modernization, product consulting, and digital architecture. Prior to that, he served as Global Technology Advisory Leader and Group Practice Head within TechM Consulting’s Business Excellence division, where he drove initiatives in Web 3.0, cloud strategy, and metaverse advisory.
Earlier, Abhijit was Sr. Vice President at Polestar Solutions, managing global delivery and business operations for digital and analytics consulting. He also co-founded Mazars Business Advisors Pvt Ltd, leading national digital transformation efforts and contributing to the global CIO advisory team. At BDO, he was Partner – Technology Consulting, focused on emerging tech.
His longest tenure was at PwC, where across nearly 8 years, he advanced from Managing Consultant to Director, heading SAP architecture and digital transformation programs across India. He also held technology leadership roles at Deloitte, AECOM, and Charterhouse, adding further depth to his global consulting portfolio.
Abhijit also serves as Advisor to the Centre of Excellence for Generative AI at the Institute of Engineering and Management, strengthening academia-industry linkages in emerging tech.
