Raed Maree Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at stc Kuwait

Kuwait City, Kuwait, September 2025 – Raed Maree has joined stc Kuwait as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new leadership role, Raed will be responsible for leading stc Kuwait’s people strategy and driving HR transformation to support the company’s vision of enabling digital excellence and customer-centric innovation across Kuwait.

Prior to joining stc Kuwait, Raed Maree served as Co-Founder of Talent Formation for over seven years, where he focused on placing top talent in leading global firms and supporting client organizations in aligning strategies with capabilities to drive productivity and business impact.

Before that, he held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Touristic Enterprises Company for nearly a decade, playing a key role in shaping the organization’s strategic HR direction and organizational development initiatives during a period of sectoral growth and transformation.

Earlier, Raed was the Chief Administration Officer at Yiaco Medical, where he oversaw the HR and administrative functions, contributing to organizational efficiency and alignment in a complex healthcare environment.

Previously, at Ooredoo Kuwait (Wataniya Telecom), he held the role of Human Resource Director for over three years, managing end-to-end HR functions including staffing, talent development, rewards, performance management, and organizational change. His leadership was integral in enhancing HRIS systems and employee engagement.

Raed began his career at EQUATE Petrochemical Company, where he spent nearly 15 years in various roles—from Operations Technologist to HR Specialist in International Relocation and Organization Effectiveness Coach. His work included designing global mobility policies, applying Six Sigma to retention initiatives, and facilitating cultural change and empowerment programs across departments.
