As a Senior HR Consultant for over a year, Ramona specialized in IT/ICT recruitment, particularly in the field of Cyber Security. She provided expert HR outsourcing services and career consulting, with a focus on supporting individuals with disabilities in job placements. This consulting experience helped Ramona strengthen her skills in HR strategy, employer branding, and headhunting.
Ramona worked at Ad Hoc Minds as a Senior IT HR Consultant for almost a year, where she focused on recruiting and consulting for IT and cyber security roles. Before that, she held various roles, including Senior HR Consultant at Ricercamy Srl and HR Consultant at Seneca Consulting, where she gained valuable experience in talent acquisition, HR outsourcing, and employer branding.
Ramona’s HR career began with roles such as HR Recruiter at Somministrazione Lavoro Srl and HR Administration at CIANO Trading & Services SRL, where she developed her foundational HR skills in recruitment, training, and personnel administration.
