Bringing over a decade and a half of expertise in diverse human resources roles, Ramya transitions to KPI Partners from her previous position at LTIMindtree, where she served as the HR Business Partner Director.
A graduate of XLRI, Ramya excels in areas such as talent management, organizational design, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, and performance management, with a broad experience spanning the IT and IT product sectors.
