New Delhi, India, May 2026 – FINDI Group has announced the appointment of Randeep Singh as its Group Chief Operating Officer (Group COO).
Randeep Singh takes on the expanded leadership mandate after serving as Group CHRO at FINDI Group, where he led people strategy initiatives across the organization’s key verticals including FindiATM, TSI (Transaction Solutions International), FindiBANKIT, and Unified Banking Centres. In his new role as Group COO, he is expected to drive operational excellence, business integration, technology-enabled growth, and strategic transformation initiatives as FINDI strengthens its position in India’s financial services and ATM ecosystem.
Before being elevated to the role of Group Chief Operating Officer at FINDI Group, Randeep Singh served as the company’s Group CHRO, leading talent and culture strategies across multiple business verticals while helping build a cohesive and technology-driven organizational framework.
Prior to joining FINDI Group, Randeep Singh spent more than six years with HONO, where he served as Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, HONO emerged as a leading Human Capital Management solutions company delivering AI-enabled employee lifecycle and engagement solutions across India, Southeast Asia, and the MENA region. The platform expanded to serve more than 150 corporates and over 750,000 users globally, helping organizations align employee engagement with business outcomes through real-time actionable insights.
Earlier at HONO, he also held the position of Vice President – Business Operations, leading operational initiatives across Dubai and Singapore while supporting regional business growth and expansion strategies.
Randeep Singh also co-founded WyoW Consulting LLP, a boutique HR consulting firm focused on accelerating business performance through transformation-led people solutions. The firm worked with organizations across manufacturing, retail, insurance, FMCG, telecom, banking, engineering, and infrastructure sectors.
His earlier leadership journey includes roles with Macquarie Group as Management Consultant – Offshore Strategy & Operations, PwC as Managing Consultant, Essar Group as Head – Human Resources Technology, Reliance Retail as Senior Manager – Human Resources, and Piramal Enterprises as Manager – Corporate Human Resources. Across these organizations, he built deep expertise in HR technology, operational strategy, organizational transformation, consulting, business operations, and enterprise-scale people management.
