Singapore, August 2025 — Rashi Kalucha has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer, APMEA Talent COV & Cluster Leadership at WPP Media. In this capacity, she will lead the Talent CoV for the APMEA region, encompassing talent acquisition, resource management, employee experience, and employee relations, while overseeing cluster markets across AUNZ, MENA, and South Asia. Her appointment underscores WPP Media’s commitment to driving people transformation across a complex and diverse regional landscape.
Kalucha has spent more than six years at WPP Media, where she has steadily risen through leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Head, Centers of Value APAC (Talent COE), where she spearheaded people transformation projects and designed scalable HR frameworks across Asia-Pacific. Prior to that, she was Chief People Officer, APAC for GroupM Nexus & Choreograph, where she supported over 4,000 employees across 16 markets, leading cross-cultural effectiveness initiatives and fostering high-performance cultures.
Earlier, Kalucha was Chief People Officer, APAC GroupM Services, where she drove strategic business transformation initiatives, including job redesign, automation, and reskilling. She also focused on early career pipelines and specialist career pathways to align with future talent needs. Before joining WPP, she was Regional HR Lead for Singapore and SEA, where she partnered with APAC leadership as part of the GroupM Singapore ExCo, leading talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to strengthen employee engagement.
Her foundation was built at S&P Global, where she spent over a decade across multiple roles including Global Head of People Services and APAC HR Director. During this time, she played a pivotal role in multiple M&A transitions, cultural integration initiatives, and the establishment of HR Shared Services in India. She began her career with Unitell India, supporting Capital IQ’s scale-up through cross-functional process improvements.
