Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, December 2024 – Razila D. has joined Qualitas Health Malaysia as the Head of Human Resources Malaysia, bringing her extensive expertise in HR management and strategic planning to lead the company’s human resources operations. In her new role, Razila will oversee HR initiatives, drive talent acquisition, and support organizational growth across Malaysia.
Before joining Qualitas Health Malaysia, Razila served as Head of Human Resources at ReGen Rehab Hospital, where she played a pivotal role in developing strategic HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, staff engagement, and partnerships with educational institutions. Her efforts resulted in significant improvements in employee satisfaction and institutional collaboration.
Earlier, Razila was the Group Human Resources Manager at Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre, where she managed HR functions for the medical center specializing in integrative treatments. She also held the position of Assistant Manager, Human Resources & Admin at SELGATE Group of Companies, where she contributed to the group’s healthcare and property operations.
Razila’s extensive career includes a tenure of over seven years at Al Bukhary Group of Companies | Tradewinds Corporation Berhad, where she led HR and administrative functions while supporting executive leadership. She also served as Human Resource Senior Executive at Universiti Selangor, overseeing staffing, payroll, and compliance for nearly nine years.
