The firm seeks to Grow 5 times in the next 5 Years

Gurugram, India — 30 September 2025 – Conscient Infrastructure Private Limited (CIPL), a leading real estate developer with a 40-year long history of prestigious projects, today announced the appointment of Mr. Rishi Raj as Chief Executive Officer. This appointment comes as a significant step in Conscient’s expansion across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development.

Announcing the appointment, Mr. Rajesh Jain, Executive Director, Conscient, said, “Coming on the heels of our strategic relationship with Hines – a global leader in real estate development, the completion of our luxury residential project Elevate, and multiple upcoming marquee projects, Rishi’s appointment comes at the right time to act as the arrowhead of our ambition to grow our business 5 times in the next 5 years.”

“Rishi’s background of distinguished leadership and proven experience in the real-estate sector, makes him the ideal choice for this role,” Mr. Jain added. In Rishi’s most recent assignment as COO of Max Estates, he was responsible for the growth and P&L of the real-estate business. During his tenure, the company’s footprint expanded from 1 million to 18 million sq. ft. of saleable/leasable area, while market capitalization grew multi-fold. Earlier, Mr. Raj has worked within the Max Group and at McKinsey & Company, and has over 25 years of varied leadership experience, including research, consulting, business-building, and corporate strategy.

Over the years, Conscient has built a legacy of trust, quality, and innovation by successfully delivering more than 20,000 housing units and establishing a diversified portfolio spanning 35 million sq. ft. across Delhi-NCR, Dehradun, and Goa. Beyond real estate, the Conscient Group has also made notable contributions to education and sports.

Mr. Rishi Raj added: “It is an honor to join Conscient at such a pivotal time. The company’s rich heritage, delivery track record, and visionary partnerships set a powerful foundation. My team and I will work tirelessly to strengthen Conscient’s foundations and expand its footprint, while fully demonstrating our motto – ‘Where Value Meets Values.’”

The company’s recent announcements reflect its ambition and execution strength as well as its emphasis on design, customer centricity, and sustainability: the partnership with Texmaco, Hines, and HDFC Capital to develop a landmark 10-acre residential-led mixed-use development in Delhi (erstwhile Birla Cotton Mills Site); and the recent successful launches of Elaira Residences, Parq, and Elevate Reserve — premium residences in prime Gurugram micro-markets.

Including Birla Cotton Mills site, Elaira Phase 2, and several other upcoming launches, Conscient along with its partners has over 10 million sq. ft. of development in the pipeline yet to be launched.

Looking ahead, Conscient plans multi-fold expansion into both existing and new micro-markets within Delhi NCR such as Noida, and entry into built-to-lease commercial office assets. The company will continue to strengthen its presence across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

As Rishi transitions into his new role on 1 October, Conscient is poised to write its next chapter — one defined by aspiration, innovation, and enduring impact.

About Conscient Infrastructure Private Limited

Over the past four decades, Conscient Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has built a reputation for trust, quality, and innovation, delivering more than 20,000 homes and creating a diversified portfolio of 35 million sq. ft. across Delhi-NCR, Dehradun, and Goa.

Its credibility is reinforced by enduring partnerships with Hines India Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., one of the world’s most respected developers, and HDFC Capital, India’s largest residential real estate financier. Together with Hines, Conscient recently delivered Elevate, a two-million sq. ft. luxury development, and launched Elevate Reserve, a landmark mixed-use luxury project on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.

Conscient’s recent undertakings highlight both ambition and execution excellence — from its partnership with Texmaco, Hines, and HDFC Capital to redevelop the historic Birla Cotton Mills in Delhi, to the successful launches of Elaira Residences and Parq in Gurugram. Each project underscores the company’s commitment to thoughtful design, customer centricity, and sustainability in collaboration with world-class architects and consultants.
