Greater London, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 – Rebecca Cook has started a new role as Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Jensten, bringing with her more than two decades of recruitment and talent leadership experience across insurance, financial services, and corporate environments.
In her new position, Rebecca will lead Jensten’s group-wide talent acquisition strategy, supporting the organisation’s continued expansion as one of the UK’s fastest-growing brokers. Her appointment comes at a time when Jensten continues to scale rapidly through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Prior to joining Jensten, Rebecca served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Royal Mail, where she led recruitment initiatives within a large-scale national organisation. Before that, she spent nearly four years as Group Head of Recruitment at PIB Group, playing a pivotal role in supporting its acquisition-led growth strategy and building scalable recruitment frameworks across the group.
Earlier in her career, Rebecca held a long-standing leadership role as Senior Recruitment Business Partner at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where she partnered closely with business leaders to deliver specialist insurance recruitment solutions. She also gained extensive recruitment expertise across financial services and banking through roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Ambridge Harris, Sandringham Wood Recruitment, and SOS Recruitment.
