Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2025 – Rebecca Galliano has joined Thoma Bravo, one of the world’s largest software-focused investment firms, as Vice President, Talent. In her new role, Rebecca will lead talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives, supporting the firm’s mission to identify, invest in, and grow innovative technology companies through top-tier human capital strategies.
Rebecca brings a diverse and robust background in talent leadership and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Thoma Bravo, she served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Strongpoint Partners, a PE-backed financial services firm, where she built and scaled recruitment infrastructure, championed diversity in sourcing strategies, and collaborated closely with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and process improvement.
Previously, she held the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Empath Health, where she managed full-cycle recruitment across multiple Florida counties. Rebecca was instrumental in elevating the employer brand, launching best-in-class recruiting practices, and leading diversity and inclusion efforts within the talent pipeline.
Before that, Rebecca worked in higher education at the University of Central Florida, where she led recruiting operations and drove campus-wide employer branding initiatives. She also served in various talent-focused roles at University of Tampa and Eastern Illinois University, building her foundation in leadership development, HRIS management, and organizational effectiveness.
