Graeme Marshall Appointed as Vice President Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at ONEOK

Houston, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Graeme Marshall has joined ONEOK, a leading North American energy infrastructure company, as Vice President Talent Acquisition & Onboarding. In this pivotal role, Graeme will lead all global hiring and onboarding initiatives, ensuring ONEOK continues to attract and integrate top-tier talent across its growing operations in the energy sector.

Prior to joining ONEOK, Graeme served as Vice President, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Conduent, where he oversaw global recruitment operations for a workforce of over 65,000 employees. He led the hiring of more than 40,000 professionals annually across 40+ countries, successfully driving TA transformation initiatives in both commercial and government services sectors.

Before Conduent, Graeme spent over seven years at Baker Hughes, holding multiple global leadership roles, including Vice President: Global Head of Talent Acquisition, University Relations & Workforce Demand. He managed global workforce planning, executive search, and the onboarding of 16,000+ hires annually, integrating AI and automation into the recruitment process and driving strategic diversity initiatives across 80 countries.

Earlier, Graeme led talent and resourcing strategies across AECOM, Amec Foster Wheeler, and the Charterhouse Partnership, building extensive expertise in global HR transformation, workforce forecasting, and large-scale recruitment operations across the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

His early career included significant leadership roles at Search Consultancy and Safeway, where he developed a strong foundation in talent acquisition and business operations.
