Rebecca’s journey with Forensic Analytics Ltd began over six years ago. Before stepping into the Chief People Officer role, she served as Head of HR (1.5 years), where she successfully led HR operations, policy development, and workforce optimization. Earlier, as HR & Admin Manager (3 years), Rebecca managed comprehensive HR and administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Rebecca initially joined Forensic Analytics as an Admin Manager, where she contributed to streamlining administrative operations during a critical growth phase for the organization.
Prior to her tenure at Forensic Analytics, Rebecca spent over 14 years at Nuclear Risk Insurers Ltd as an Assistant Underwriter, where she honed her expertise in risk analysis, process management, and compliance.
