London, England, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Rebecca Voong has been named Global Head of HR Systems (Workday) at HBX Group, stepping into her new role this month. Rebecca’s extensive experience with HR systems and Workday positions her perfectly to lead and enhance HBX Group’s HR technology initiatives.
Rebecca has been with HBX Group for over six years, showcasing a progressive career in HR systems management. Before her current role, she served as the Global Workday Systems Lead for two and a half years, where she was responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Workday systems globally. Prior to that, she was the Global Workday Project Manager for four years, leading numerous projects that improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s HR processes.
Before joining HBX Group, Rebecca worked at Avon as a Global Workday HCM Specialist, where she managed Workday Human Capital Management systems, enhancing the company’s HR capabilities. Her experience as an HR Business Partner – HRIS, EMEA at Tag Worldwide further solidified her expertise in HR systems and analytics.
Rebecca also held the position of HRIS Analyst at Kuoni Global Travel Services, where she analyzed and improved HR information systems. Her early career included roles as an HR Administrator and Receptionist and HR Assistant at Kuoni Global Travel Services and Hobbs Ltd, respectively.
Rebecca’s journey began with various administrative and support roles, including experiences at Insight Investment, Dreams, and Beautiful Communications, where she honed her skills in business application support and new business development.
