Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Reena Vijayanand has begun a new professional chapter as Head – Talent Acquisition, Head Office at Larsen & Toubro (L&T), marking a significant leadership move within one of India’s most respected multinational engineering and construction conglomerates. During her three-and-a-half-year journey with AdaniConneX, Vijayanand advised the board and joint venture leadership on executive hiring, governance, and transformation initiatives while redesigning organizational structures that significantly improved decision-making efficiency to support large-scale data center expansion. She built a robust talent architecture for hyperscale growth, scaled HR operations fivefold within two years, and established comprehensive end-to-end HR systems for greenfield ventures. Her leadership contributed to AdaniConneX receiving the Frost & Sullivan 2024 APAC Company of the Year recognition, while she also championed sustainability-driven culture, leadership academies, succession pipelines, and AI-powered HR platforms to enable predictive analytics and performance excellence.

Prior to AdaniConneX, Vijayanand spent over a decade with Samsung India as Region HR South, where she designed scalable HR frameworks that enabled threefold workforce growth across multiple product lines and regions. She led HR business partnering for a workforce of over 12,000 employees, strengthened employer branding, optimized talent acquisition through analytics, and built leadership development and succession planning frameworks in partnership with academic institutions and staffing agencies.

Earlier in her career, she held talent acquisition and HR business partnering roles with CSS Corp (now Movate), TeamLease Services, Cybernet Software Systems, Mafoi Management, and Mount Academy, building a strong foundation across recruitment, talent consulting, and HR operations.
