Regina Roberts Joins Hero MotoCorp as Head of Organization Effectiveness and Development

Delhi, India, November 2024 – Regina Roberts has joined Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, as Head of Organization Effectiveness and Development. In this strategic leadership role, she will oversee initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, implement innovative talent development strategies, and drive transformation in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Before joining Hero MotoCorp, Regina served as the Global Head – Learning, Organization Effectiveness & OD at Jubilant Pharmova Limited for over three years, where she successfully spearheaded initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities and foster a culture of excellence.

Prior to that, Regina was the Director of Capability Development, Digital Enterprise, Asia at Sun Life, where she conceptualized and implemented frameworks to build digital transformation capabilities across multiple Asian markets.

Her tenure at Wipro Limited included roles such as Global Head Organization Capability and Talent Management and Head – Service Line Hiring, where she led various HR initiatives, including talent management, organizational restructuring, and strategic workforce planning for diverse global business units.

Regina also held several leadership roles at Bharti Airtel Limited, including Head HR – Global Business, IMS, and Marketing (B2B business). She played a pivotal role in designing talent strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational transformation across global geographies.

She began her career with the Centre for Growth Alternatives as a consultant, focusing on organizational development and employee growth strategies.

Regina holds a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology from Delhi University, equipping her with a strong foundation in understanding and driving organizational behavior and effectiveness.
