Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area ,United States, January 2026 — Rentokil Terminix has announced the appointment of Tammylynne Jonas as Chief Information Officer, where she will lead the company’s global technology strategy and operations, supporting more than 70,000 colleagues across 89 countries. In her new role, she is responsible for owning technology end-to-end, enabling innovation, resilience, and scalable digital capabilities across the organisation.
Prior to joining Rentokil Terminix, Tammylynne Jonas served as Global Chief Information Officer at Donaldson, where she led IT operations across more than 40 countries, supporting over 14,000 employees worldwide. Her remit covered cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, data and analytics, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies including IoT, automation, and AI, while maintaining strong compliance across global standards such as PCI, ISO-27001, CMMC, and NIST.
Before this, she held the role of Global CIO at Self Esteem Brands, overseeing technology across 5,500 locations in 42 countries. There, she led large-scale digital transformation initiatives spanning franchising, private equity environments, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, CRM, mobile, and data strategy across a diverse portfolio of global fitness and wellness brands.
Earlier in her career, Jonas held senior technology leadership roles at Couche-Tard and Holiday Stationstores, where she was responsible for enterprise services, global vendor management, financial planning, and large-scale retail and payments platforms. She also spent over a decade at Kohl’s, progressing through leadership roles that included Vice President IT and Chief of Staff, where she played a pivotal role in omnichannel transformation, mobile payments, loyalty platforms, and large-scale cloud migrations.
She began her professional journey at Accenture, building a strong technical foundation through enterprise development and systems implementation, which continues to underpin her strategic approach to technology leadership.
