Seasoned senior HR Leader, Renu Bohra has joined National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings) as CHRO. With over three decades of experience, she brings expertise in the field of business partnering, cultural building and organizational transformation.
Besides these, she has worked in both MNCs and Indian Public Sector holding key portfolios in streams like logistics and supply chain management, MEP services, healthcare services, and manufacturing field.
Prior joining, National Engineering Industries Ltd, (NBC Bearings), she was the Chief People Officer at DB Schenker in India and South-east Asia for over a decade. She has also worked for Blue Star Limited, BALCO, and NALCO.
In addition, she is also seasoned in disinvestment, new factory setup, emerging markets, investigation, and POSH cases across international firms she has worked for. Additionally, under her leadership, DB Schenker India won The Economic Times Best Workplace for Women in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
Renu Bohra is an alumna of IIT Roorkee, where she was awarded the Glod Medal in M. Phil. She has done executive courses in strategy and general management from IIM-C and IIM-A. She is a trained executive-coach on brain-based Coaching, a certified psychological counsellor, and a certified OD Practitioner from ISABS.
