Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2025 – Reshma K has been appointed as Vice President – Human Resources at AllCloud, bringing over 20 years of HR leadership experience across diverse industries. In this role, she will lead people strategy, organizational culture, and talent management to support AllCloud’s continued expansion and innovation in the FinTech sector.
Before joining AllCloud, Reshma was Vice President – Human Resources at Spark Minda, where she played a key role in compensation & benefits, talent management, and leadership development for the Tier 1 automobile manufacturer.
Previously, she served as Director – People & Culture at Gemini Consulting & Services, where she led employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, and HRIS transformation for nearly three years. Prior to that, she spent almost seven years as Director HR – India & MENA at Regal Rexnord India, managing organizational effectiveness and leadership development across multiple regions.
Reshma also held HR leadership roles at DB Corp Ltd., eInfochips, TeamLease Services, and Centre for Environment Education, developing expertise in succession planning, strategic HR planning, and employee relations. She holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education, and has completed an Executive HR Leadership Program from S P Jain School of Global Management.
Her experience in HR strategy, culture transformation, and talent development will be instrumental in enhancing workforce capabilities and shaping the future of AllCloud’s HR operations.
