Groenlo, Gelderland, Netherlands, March 2025 – Rianne Jans has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Nedap N.V., effective July 1, 2025, following her official appointment as statutory director after the Extraordinary General Meeting on May 22, 2025. She will succeed Daniëlle van der Sluijs, who will step down following the Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2025.

The Supervisory Board of Nedap N.V. expressed strong confidence in Rianne’s ability to support the company’s future vision. They believe her extensive experience and leadership will be instrumental in executing the strategy laid out at the 2024 Capital Markets Day.
Rianne Jans currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Deloitte Netherlands, a role she has held since 2020, where she has been a driving force behind the firm’s finance transformation and CFO programs. Prior to this, she served as CFO at Centric and Finance Director at Eindhoven Airport, bringing her strategic and operational expertise to both the IT and aviation sectors. She also held leadership roles at CGI, where she worked for nearly six years, further strengthening her credentials in global finance and technology management.
Earlier in her career, Rianne held finance and investment roles at Atos Origin, Residex (Achmea Group), and served on the Supervisory Boards of Oranjewoud N.V., CB, and most recently, Rode Kruis Nederland. She holds a Business Administration degree from Nyenrode Business University, is a Registered Controller, and completed the Leadership Development Program at INSEAD.
