Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2025 – Richard Guest has been appointed as the Regional Leader for Asia-Pacific & Middle East at Heidrick & Struggles, where he will lead the firm’s operations across thirteen offices in the region, driving strategic leadership consulting and executive search initiatives.
Richard Guest has been with Heidrick & Struggles for approximately thirteen years, most recently serving as the Regional Managing Partner, Global Technology & Services Practice, Asia-Pacific & Middle East for nearly two years, where he spearheaded leadership consulting and C-suite search mandates for technology, telecom, and professional services clients. Before this, he served as Partner, Global Sector Leader – Mobile & Communications, focusing on executive search and leadership advisory for telecom operators, infrastructure firms, and satellite companies.

Previously, Richard served as Partner in Charge – Middle East & North Africa, where he led executive search assignments, CEO succession planning, and board effectiveness consulting for major corporations in the region. His earlier roles at Heidrick & Struggles also include Partner, Technology & Services Practice and Principal, where he focused on board and executive leadership development.
