Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2024 – Rithin Thimmaiah has joined Fidelity Investments as the Director Talent Acquisition, where she will lead strategic initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen the organization’s position as an employer of choice. With over a decade of experience in talent management, recruitment strategies, and employer branding, Rithin will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent acquisition framework to align with Fidelity’s ambitious growth goals.
Prior to her new role, Rithin Thimmaiah served as a Senior Manager Staffing at Fidelity Investments, where she led innovative hiring strategies and collaborated with senior leadership to attract high-caliber talent. Her contributions in mentoring recruitment teams and enhancing employer branding initiatives have been instrumental in driving the company’s competitive talent market strategies.
Before joining Fidelity, Rithin worked at Continental, where she gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning. Her tenure at Mindtree as a Manager – People Function included leadership hiring and managing lateral recruitment for specialized practices, showcasing her skills in aligning talent acquisition with business needs.
At Sasken, Rithin excelled as an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, focusing on improving recruitment processes, streamlining onboarding, and enhancing candidate experience. Her efforts in vendor partnering and recruitment process optimization significantly boosted offer-to-joiner conversion rates.
Rithin also spent several years at Accenture, first as an Analyst and later as a Senior Analyst, where she honed her skills in interviewing, workforce planning, and recruitment.
