Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 — Ritu Raj has been promoted to Vice President – Supply Chain at DeHaat, recognising his exceptional leadership skills and contributions to the organisation. In this role, he will continue to lead Central Operations for the Supply Chain Department.
Over the last two years, Ritu Raj has helped the team set clear goals that enabled success while navigating one of the most complex rural supply chains. His elevation reflects the growing strategic importance of supply chain excellence in DeHaat’s mission to serve India’s farming ecosystem at scale.
Before this promotion, Ritu Raj served as AVP – Supply Chain at DeHaat for a little over two years in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Leading Central Operations, he supported goal clarity, execution discipline and team performance across a demanding rural supply chain environment.
Prior to DeHaat, he worked as Associate Director – Supply Chain (Omnichannel) at Milkbasket for around two and a half years in Gurugram. Here, he handled fulfilment programs, demand fulfilment, P&L operations and logistics management in an omnichannel consumer model.
Earlier, Ritu Raj was Regional Manager – Operations & Fulfillment at peel-works (Nia.one) for about a year in New Delhi. He led fulfilment planning for North India, ran the Supply Chain NOC/Control Tower and drove cost, capacity and service-level optimisation.
Before that, he worked with Udaan.com for roughly a year building supply chain capability in the Greater Delhi Area. His responsibilities focused on fulfilment planning, KPI/SLA governance, reverse logistics improvement and logistics network partnerships.
He also spent close to eight years with Reliance Retail in New Delhi, including roles in last mile and hub operations for eGrocery and broader retail operations. Earlier in his career, he worked with Cafe Coffee Day across multiple operational roles, including city operations and area leadership, building strong foundations in P&L, service delivery and multi-site execution.
Ritu Raj completed an Executive Development Programme in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. He also studied Hotel Management at the Institute of Hotel Management – Pusa (New Delhi), covering core hospitality and operations disciplines.
