Robert Clark brings a wealth of expertise from his role as Chief Financial Officer – Interim Consulting at 8020 Consulting for three years. During his tenure, Robert provided finance, strategy, and accounting leadership for companies with revenues ranging from $150M to $750M. He spearheaded projects that resulted in significant financial improvements, including a 125% revenue growth, a 50% reduction in close time, and a 400% increase in cash balance.
Prior to this, Robert served as Vice President of Finance (acting as CFO) at Made Goods, a luxury furniture company, for two years. He led the finance and accounting operations for multiple brands and achieved 42% EBITDA growth through cross-functional budget processes and strategic cost management.
