Tom Gilbane, who has been with Rockpoint since 2011, managed the firm’s eastern U.S. investment and asset management activities. His previous experience includes tenure at Westbrook Real Estate Partners, L.L.C., and Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group.
Aric Shalev, also a Managing Member since 2011, has overseen the firm’s western U.S. investment and asset management activities from the San Francisco office. His background includes roles at Westbrook Real Estate Partners, L.L.C., and Morgan Stanley in the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring Group.
