Roel D. has officially stepped into the role of Chief Information Officer at Aliaxis, a global powerhouse in advanced piping systems.
Roel D. brings a wealth of experience to Aliaxis, having previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Lyreco Group, where he led a team of over 400 talented individuals and was a key member of the Global Executive Team. His tenure at Lyreco, which spanned from June 2020 to March 2024, was marked by significant achievements and leadership in the office supplies sector, operating across 42 countries.
Before his impactful role at Lyreco, Roel played a critical role at Anheuser-Busch InBev as IT Director for Digital Transformation in Europe. There, he led a hyper-diverse team of 75 people across three countries and was responsible for spearheading digital transformation projects that significantly improved customer and employee engagement, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering results and financial benefits.
His earlier career also includes significant positions at Accenture, where he focused on project delivery in sourcing, business, and IT alignment, and at Xerox Global Services, where he was a Senior Business Development Consultant.
