In his new role, he will focus on HR automation, strategic workforce planning, compliance, and talent management to support Gadre Marine’s growth trajectory.
Rohit joins Gadre Marine after a notable tenure as Associate General Manager – Human Resources at Patanjali Foods, where he developed performance management systems, implemented HR automation, and ensured seamless compliance with statutory requirements.
Prior to that, as Corporate HR Head at The Kute Group, he spearheaded union negotiations, employee engagement strategies, and comprehensive HR policy development. His earlier roles at Lemon Tree Hotels and Eastern International Group further demonstrate his leadership in HR operations, payroll management, and recruitment processes.
Rohit holds significant expertise in implementing robust HR strategies, fostering employee satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, making him a valuable addition to Gadre Marine’s leadership team.
