Premlatha brings over 15 years of HR expertise to her new role, where she will lead strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth and excellence.
Premlatha’s most recent experience spans 12 years at Shriram Properties Ltd, where she served as Senior General Manager, playing a pivotal role in HR strategy, budgeting, and contract recruitment. Prior to this, she was Manager at Sameera Ram Profilic Solutions Pvt Ltd, focusing on contract recruitment and employee satisfaction.
Premlatha holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Meenakshi College for Women and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Pondicherry University, further enriching her contributions to her new role at Renaatus.
