North America, June 2026 — Rohit Sequeira has joined Brookfield as Director – Human Resources Services, bringing with him extensive experience in human resources operations, shared services, workforce transformation, employee lifecycle management, and HR service delivery. His appointment reflects Brookfield’s continued focus on strengthening its people operations and enhancing employee experience across its global business landscape.
In his new role, Sequeira will lead strategic human resources services initiatives, focusing on operational excellence, employee lifecycle management, process optimization, service delivery transformation, and workforce support functions. He joins Brookfield at a time when organizations are increasingly investing in scalable, technology-enabled HR operating models to support business growth and workforce effectiveness.
Prior to joining Brookfield, Sequeira served as Head of Human Resources Operations at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he led HR operations and people services initiatives for one of the world’s largest IT services organizations. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening HR delivery frameworks, enhancing employee experience, and driving operational efficiency across human capital management functions.
Before TCS, he spent over four years as Head of Human Resources Operations at Capita India, leading large-scale HR operations, talent administration, employee services, training, development, and workforce management programs. His leadership helped streamline HR processes and strengthen service delivery capabilities in a dynamic business environment.
Earlier in his career, Sequeira held leadership positions with Accenture as Associate Manager – HRO, Cognizant as Human Resources Team Manager, and Ocwen Financial Solutions APAC as Assistant Operations Manager, where he developed deep expertise across human resources operations, HR business partnering, employee lifecycle management, mortgage operations, and service excellence. He began his professional journey with Justdial, serving as Lead Quality Analyst, building a strong foundation in customer service, quality management, and operational leadership.
With nearly two decades of experience across HR operations, workforce services, business process management, and organizational support functions, Sequeira has consistently demonstrated the ability to build efficient people processes, enhance employee experiences, and drive operational excellence. His appointment positions him well to support Brookfield’s long-term people strategy and continued growth.
