With nearly three decades of experience in the perfume and cosmetics industry, Romain brings a legacy of strategic vision, brand building, and operational excellence across several iconic LVMH houses.
Romain has been with LVMH Fragrance Brands for over nine years, most recently serving as CEO of Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo, and New Ventures, where he strengthened the global positioning of both brands through innovation, creativity, and commercial growth. His earlier roles as CEO of Parfums Givenchy & Kenzo and CEO of Parfums Givenchy showcased his ability to balance heritage with modernity — revitalizing brand narratives and expanding international presence in competitive luxury markets.
Before leading LVMH Fragrance Brands, Romain spent over a decade at Parfums Christian Dior, where he held several key leadership positions including General Manager, Europe, General Manager, Spain, and Business Unit Director, Fragrance. His tenure at Dior was instrumental in consolidating the brand’s European operations and driving market growth. Earlier in his career, Romain held roles at Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Jean Paul Gaultier Parfums, and Guerlain, developing a deep expertise in fragrance marketing and brand management that continues to shape his leadership philosophy today.
As President & CEO of the Fragrance Group, LVMH Beauty, Romain will oversee strategic growth across the Group’s fragrance portfolio, guiding innovation, creativity, and sustainability initiatives.
