Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United States, December 2025 — Samsung Electronics America has appointed Ronnie Kedrin as Head of Talent Acquisition, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its workforce across technology, innovation, and enterprise functions in the United States. In this role, Ronnie Kedrin will lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy, scaling hiring capabilities to support Samsung’s long-term growth, innovation agenda, and evolving talent needs.
In the period immediately preceding this appointment, Ronnie Kedrin spent over 12 years with Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he most recently served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – AWS, leading global hiring efforts across critical technology domains including platform engineering, security services, observability, identity, cryptography, and customer experience. His leadership spanned some of AWS’s most complex and high-impact engineering organizations.
Before this, he held the role of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC), where he was responsible for staffing highly specialized, government-cleared roles across AWS services, managing sensitive and mission-critical talent pipelines at scale. Earlier at AWS, he also served as Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Lead Recruiter, leading senior software engineering hiring and acting as the lead recruiter for AWS Security, AI/ML, and core infrastructure services across the U.S. East Coast.
Prior to AWS, Ronnie Kedrin worked as Senior Tech and Executive Recruiter at SunGard (now part of FIS), supporting executive and senior technology hiring in the financial services sector. He began his career in technical recruiting leadership roles across multiple New York–based consulting and financial services firms, including Weatherly Technologies, Princeton Information, and Ehire, where he built strong foundations in full-cycle recruitment, executive hiring, and team leadership.
