In this role, Rosalie will lead the company’s global human resources strategy, focusing on organizational development, talent acquisition, and creating a workplace culture that empowers employees and drives business success. Her expertise will play a vital role in supporting Medius’s mission to deliver innovative AP automation solutions powered by artificial intelligence.
Rosalie brings nearly 15 years of HR leadership experience across diverse industries. Prior to joining Medius, she served as SVP, Global People Operations, where she played a key role in streamlining global HR processes. Before that, she was Head of Global People Operations at WiredScore, leading talent acquisition and implementing strategic HR initiatives that fostered growth and inclusion.
Earlier in her career, Rosalie was Director of People + Culture at Daily Harvest, where she strengthened organizational performance and diversity initiatives. Her tenure at LiveU as Human Resources Director showcased her ability to optimize HR functions in remote and global settings. Additionally, she spent over six years at 1E, building and leading the North American HR function, contributing significantly to leadership development and workplace transformation.
Rosalie’s foundation in HR began with roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Assistant Editor at Pearson, where she honed her skills in process management and operational efficiency.
