Slovenia – October 2024 – Rosanda Sešlar has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at DHL Express Slovenia, marking a significant step in her career. In her new role, Rosanda will oversee the company’s financial strategies, driving growth and operational efficiency as DHL Express continues to enhance its position in the Slovenian market and beyond.
Rosanda Sešlar brings extensive financial expertise, having worked for nearly 13 years at Danfoss Trata d.o.o.. Most recently, she served as the Head of GS Regional Finance EER for two years and ten months, where she led financial transformation, compliance, and strategic planning initiatives. Her responsibilities also included business partner support and the implementation of global financial standards.
Before this role, Rosanda was the Cluster Finance Manager for Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia at Danfoss Trata, where she managed financial operations for four years and three months. She was instrumental in streamlining complex work processes, ensuring global compliance, and driving transformational change within the cluster.
Rosanda also served as GS Finance Manager at Danfoss Trata for one year and seven months, following her role as Chief Accountant at the same company, where she gained four years and four months of experience managing accounting, legal compliance, and corporate tax operations.
Earlier in her career, Rosanda held the position of Chief Accountant at dm drogerie markt d.o.o. for seven months, Finance Director at Xerox d.o.o. for nearly four years, and Deputy of Finance, Accounting, and Controlling Manager at Siemens d.o.o. for over ten years.
