Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — Mindteck has appointed Rozario Arun Prakash A as Senior Vice President – Human Resources (Global), strengthening its global people leadership as the company continues to expand its engineering and digital transformation capabilities across international markets.
In his new role, Rozario will lead Mindteck’s Global Human Resources function, overseeing a team of 30 HR professionals supporting operations across the United States, EMEA (United Kingdom, Germany, and the Middle East), and APAC (India, Singapore, and Malaysia). He will be responsible for driving the company’s global people strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, HR transformation, and workforce capability initiatives across multiple geographies.
Prior to joining Mindteck, Rozario served as Director – Talent Acquisition, Human Resources (APAC – India, Australia & Singapore) at insightsoftware, where he led regional talent acquisition strategies across key Asia-Pacific markets. Earlier, he was Director – People Success at Bottomline Technologies, leading people initiatives that supported business growth and employee engagement.
Before that, he spent more than six years with Amazon as Manager – Human Resources, gaining extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, leadership hiring, and people operations. Earlier in his career, Rozario held recruitment leadership roles at Oracle, Publicis Sapient, and Alp Management Consultants, building over two decades of expertise in talent acquisition and strategic HR leadership.
With more than 20 years of HR experience, Rozario has developed deep expertise in Global Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Hiring, HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Employee Experience, HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding, Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, People Success, HR Transformation, Recruitment Strategy, Talent Management, and Cross-Regional HR Operations.
