Prior to his elevation, Ruchir Ranjan served as Chief Customer Officer at Simplify Healthcare, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on client success, operational transformation, and value delivery. Under his leadership, the company enhanced its customer engagement model and strengthened its market position as a trusted technology partner for healthcare payers.
With over 30 years of experience across global technology and consulting organizations—including Cognizant, Accenture, ExtendMed, and Open Business Systems—Ruchir brings deep expertise in digital transformation, healthcare innovation, P&L management, and global delivery excellence. At Cognizant, he served as Managing Partner and Region Head, driving large-scale transformation programs and building strategic client relationships across Healthcare and Life Sciences. His decade-long tenure at Accenture as Global Client Account Lead saw him successfully manage complex accounts, improve client satisfaction, and lead global delivery operations.
Earlier in his career, Ruchir also served as Chief Technology Officer and Board Member at ExtendMed, where he directed product development and technology partnerships, and as Director, eBusiness Consulting Practice at Open Business Systems, where he oversaw P&L, business development, and strategic growth for enterprise clients. His early career experience at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center provided him with foundational insight into healthcare systems and operations.
