Bringing over 16 years of experience in human resources leadership, manufacturing HR, industrial relations, and organizational transformation, Manoj’s appointment underscores the company’s commitment to building a future-ready, people-centric organization that supports its long-term growth and global expansion strategy.
In his new role, Manoj Tiwari will lead the company’s HR strategy, capability development, talent and leadership initiatives, organizational design, employee relations, and digital HR transformation. His focus will be on strengthening Best Value Chem’s HR ecosystem to foster a culture of innovation, engagement, and excellence across its manufacturing facilities and corporate functions.
Prior to joining BVCPL, Manoj served as Senior General Manager – Head HR at Polycab India Limited, where he led end-to-end HR operations for multiple manufacturing units, focusing on organization development, succession planning, and employee engagement. His leadership was instrumental in driving HR modernization, policy implementation, and IR stability across Polycab’s manufacturing network.
Before Polycab, Manoj held senior leadership roles at TOTO India Industries Pvt. Ltd., where he managed corporate and plant HR functions, including industrial relations, labor law compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. He also contributed significantly to HR transformation at Astron Paper & Board Mill Limited, Man Industries Ltd., Asian Granito India Ltd., and Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd., where he honed his expertise in plant-level HR, talent development, and strategic HR planning.
With his extensive cross-industry experience and strong command over people systems in complex manufacturing environments, Manoj is well-positioned to drive Best Value Chem’s HR transformation journey, aligning its people strategy with business goals to enhance organizational agility and capability.
