Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 – BPL Medical Technologies has appointed Rupini Raman as Head – Human Capital, strengthening its people leadership as the company continues expanding its presence in the healthcare technology sector.
A seasoned HR strategist with over two decades of experience, Rupini brings deep expertise in HR digitization, organizational transformation, talent strategy, rewards, and scaling high-growth businesses across industries including healthcare, electric mobility, logistics, fintech, and digital startups.
Before joining BPL Medical Technologies, Rupini Raman worked as a Fractional CHRO & Strategic People Advisor through her independent consulting practice, where she led multiple transformation initiatives including HR digitization, organizational architecture redesign, employer branding frameworks, and diversity & inclusion policy development for organizations across sectors.
Prior to that, she served as Head of Human Capital at Yulu, where she was part of the core leadership team and played a pivotal role in scaling the organization threefold during its rapid growth phase in the EV sector. She helped build a strong employer brand and culture framework, reduced attrition significantly, and introduced a gig workforce model to optimize operational efficiency.
Earlier, Rupini worked with Vivriti Capital as Head – Human Resources, where she drove workforce expansion, strengthened OKR alignment, enhanced leadership retention initiatives, and supported the company’s funding and growth journey through strategic talent interventions.
She also worked as an HR Strategy Consultant at Shipa, supporting the organization’s HR strategy, rewards, analytics, recruitment, and operational design during a key phase of business expansion.
A significant part of her leadership journey was spent with Agility over nearly a decade, where she held regional leadership roles across rewards and talent management for the Middle East, Africa, and Europe regions, building strong expertise in global HR operations and organizational capability development.
Earlier in her career, Rupini held HR and learning roles with RR Donnelley, American Express, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, developing foundational expertise across talent development, people operations, and organizational transformation.
She holds a PGDBA in HR Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
