Ludhiana, Punjab, India, May 2026 – Ludhiana Beverages Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Mannat Gill as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to building a future-ready, high-performance, and people-centric organization.
Bringing extensive expertise in people strategy, leadership development, culture transformation, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness, Mannat joins the company at a significant phase of growth and operational expansion. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s people and culture agenda with a focus on talent strategy, leadership capability, employee experience, and sustainable workforce development.
Prior to joining Ludhiana Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Mannat Gill served as Head – Human Resources (India) at Vena Energy, where she partnered closely with regional and country leadership teams to align people strategy with rapid business expansion and operational transformation.
At Vena Energy, she led organizational redesign initiatives, strengthened workforce planning and succession frameworks, and implemented leadership acceleration programs aimed at building future-ready talent pipelines. She also played a key role in compensation transformation, DEI-led culture initiatives, predictive workforce analytics, and technology-enabled HR service delivery. Her contributions supported operational agility, leadership mobility, and enhanced employee experience across a complex multinational environment.
Before Vena Energy, Mannat spent nearly a decade with Azure Power, where she held the role of Assistant General Manager/Lead – Human Resources and contributed significantly to the company’s HR transformation journey.
During her tenure at Azure Power, she led several strategic initiatives including HR governance frameworks, NYSE IPO readiness, ESG-aligned workforce strategies, SAP SuccessFactors implementation, digital HR transformation, leadership development, and workforce optimization. She also spearheaded employee engagement and DEI programs that strengthened organizational culture while improving operational efficiency and retention outcomes.
Earlier in her career, Mannat held HR roles with Takata, Schneider Electric, and Airtel, building strong expertise across HR operations, talent acquisition, workforce analytics, employee engagement, and HR systems.
She holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and has also completed the AICTE-approved program for Emerging CHROs. Additionally, she earned a PGDBM in Human Resources Management from Global Business School.
