Krupa Ambulkar Promoted as General Manager – Talent Management & Talent Development at Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics

Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, May 2026 – Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics has promoted Krupa Ambulkar as General Manager – Talent Management & Talent Development, recognizing her continued contribution toward strengthening leadership capability, people development, and organizational growth across the company.

In her expanded role, Krupa will continue to lead initiatives focused on talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee capability building, further reinforcing the company’s people-centric growth agenda.

Prior to this promotion, Krupa Ambulkar served as Deputy General Manager – Talent Management & Talent Development at Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics, where she contributed to strengthening leadership capability frameworks, talent development strategies, and workforce engagement initiatives across the organization.

Before joining Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics, she worked with infoAnalytica, Inc. as part of the HR team, focusing on employee engagement, hiring, and people development initiatives. Her role involved supporting talent acquisition and creating programs that enhanced workforce experience and organizational effectiveness.

Earlier in her career, Krupa served as Senior Manager – HR at Essar Steel, where she gained valuable experience in HR operations and people management within a large industrial environment.

She also spent nearly five years with Endurance Technologies Limited as Deputy Manager – Organizational Development, leading leadership development initiatives for high-potential employees and supporting succession planning efforts. During her tenure, she played a significant role in designing and executing development interventions for top performers and served as a lead trainer within the organization.

Earlier, Krupa worked with Suhana Masala as Executive – HR and with OS2i in roles spanning training, development, and e-recruitment, building a strong foundation in talent development and HR practices.

She holds a Master’s in Personnel Management from Sinhgad Institute Of Management.
