Ryan brings a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years in learning, talent management, and organizational development. Prior to joining ICW Group, Ryan served as Head of Talent, Learning & Development, Culture, Engagement, and DE&I for North America at LEO Pharma, where he designed and implemented transformative programs that enhanced leadership, culture, and employee engagement across the region.
Ryan’s impressive career also includes serving as Director of U.S. Learning & Development at LEO Pharma, where he led initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and talent management, and as Director, Procurement Talent Management & Organizational Development at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where he spearheaded global talent strategies.
At Bayer, Ryan held multiple roles, including Head of Procurement Strategy & Governance, Talent Development, during which he successfully navigated post-merger integrations and led organizational change efforts. His early career at Applied Materials and Toyota Motor Corporation showcased his foundational expertise in quality management and operational efficiency.
Ryan is also the Founder and Principal Content Creator of The OD Guru, sharing insights on organizational dynamics, and the Co-Owner & Chief People Officer at FTC Kids: Empowerment Center, where he oversees HR strategies and leadership development.
