Sabina Sopov has been with PEXA for nearly four years, during which she has rapidly ascended through the ranks due to her strategic acumen and leadership prowess. Prior to her current role, she served as the Chief People and Corporate Relations Officer for a year and as the Chief People Officer before that, starting in March 2022. Her tenure has been characterized by transformative leadership and significant contributions to PEXA’s corporate culture and operational excellence.
Before joining PEXA, Sabina was deeply involved in organizational change, culture, and capability at ME Bank, where she served as General Manager. Her role included driving major strategic initiatives that significantly enhanced operational capabilities and corporate culture. Her extensive background also includes a substantial tenure at National Australia Bank, where she was the Head of Business Management, Finance & Strategy, further honing her skills in managing complex corporate environments.
