Before joining Clearlink, Sacha Seraydarian served as Vice President, Global HR Business Partner – GTM at Brightcove, a leading cloud-based video technology company. At Brightcove, she spearheaded global workforce strategies across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Japan, aligning HR initiatives with business goals to drive profitability and sustainable growth. Her leadership centered on building high-performing teams, enabling organizational design, and embedding people-first strategies to enhance performance and engagement.

Previously, Sacha held the position of Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at Thinx, a mission-driven company revolutionizing menstrual health through innovation and education. During her tenure, she redesigned the company’s talent acquisition function to drive inclusivity, efficiency, and readiness for its acquisition by Kimberly-Clark. She successfully implemented competency-based hiring practices and structured interview processes that improved hiring equity and team scalability.

Earlier, as Vice President of Talent at SYPartners, Sacha led transformative initiatives to build values-based recruitment frameworks and fostered a diverse, high-performing workforce through inclusive hiring and leadership development. She also played a pivotal role as Vice President of the Board at Together Digital, San Francisco, supporting women in technology through mentorship and professional development programs.

Sacha’s career foundation includes leadership roles in talent acquisition and human resources across industry giants such as GroupM, AOL, Intersection Co., and MRM Worldwide, where she drove large-scale recruitment strategies, organizational transformation, and culture-building initiatives. Her global perspective and human-centered leadership continue to define her professional journey and impact.
