Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka, January 2025 – Sachithra Rambukwella has been appointed as the Vice President – People & Organizational Development at DFCC Bank, bringing extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and leadership strategy. In this new role, Sachithra will focus on driving the bank’s people development strategies and enhancing its organizational culture.
Prior to joining DFCC Bank, Sachithra Rambukwella was associated with MAS Holdings for approximately nine years in several leadership roles, including Head of Talent Management & Business Partnering and Head of Sustainable Business. During this time, Sachithra led talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives while aligning sustainability strategies with business goals.

Before that, Sachithra was with National Development Bank PLC (NDB) for over five years, where they served as a Human Resources Officer, overseeing employee development, talent acquisition, and HR compliance strategies.
