Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2025 — Saikot Das has been appointed as Chief Brand & Strategy Officer at Arvind Fashions Limited. In this strategic leadership role, he will be responsible for shaping the company’s brand architecture, enhancing consumer experiences, and driving the next wave of growth across its expansive fashion and lifestyle portfolio.
With over two decades of experience in brand management, marketing, and customer engagement across FMCG, retail, apparel, and media sectors, Saikot brings deep strategic acumen and consumer-centric innovation. He joins Arvind Fashions from Levi Strauss & Co., where he served as Senior Director – Marketing & Brand Experience for South Asia, Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Eastern Europe. During his tenure, he led transformative brand initiatives, scaled regional campaigns, and reinforced Levi’s global identity in diverse markets.
Prior to Levi’s, Saikot was SVP – Marketing Head at Disney Star, where he led marketing for Star Plus, one of India’s leading entertainment channels. His tenure saw key programming successes and audience engagement strategies that strengthened brand equity and viewer loyalty.
Saikot has also had an extensive career at Colgate-Palmolive, where he held progressive roles including Associate Director – Marketing, Head of Customer Marketing, and Regional Manager. He was instrumental in launching new product lines, rural marketing strategies, and building the oral and personal care categories for the company in India.
Earlier, Saikot worked with Olam as Profit Center Head in Ghana, managing operations in challenging global markets, and at the beginning of his career, he held sales and marketing roles at Marico and Pernod Ricard, where he laid the foundation for his cross-industry marketing expertise.
