Previously, Samantha served as the Director of Global Talent Management at Convatec from 2023 to 2024, enhancing their talent programs in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Before that, she led the Hiring Innovation Lab at Google from 2022 to 2023, where she spearheaded the development of innovative hiring processes. At Celonis during 2021 to 2022 in New York City, she was responsible for the global performance and talent management strategy, achieving significant advancements in career development and internal mobility frameworks.
Earlier in her career, Samantha worked with other notable organizations, refining talent assessment and management strategies. These experiences include her roles at Novo Nordisk, where she developed and implemented comprehensive talent and succession management processes from 2015 to 2019 in Plainsboro, New Jersey. Her career at Novo Nordisk and subsequent roles have underscored her expertise in building robust HR frameworks that support organizational growth and employee development.
