Albany, New York, United States, March 2025 – Carver Companies has announced the appointment of Samantha G. as its new Director of Human Resources. In her new role, Samantha will oversee the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations for Carver Companies, aligning HR programs with business objectives and reinforcing the company’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and integrity across its diverse operations.
Prior to joining Carver Companies in March 2025, Samantha served as Plant Human Resources Manager at Medline Industries, LP, where she supported HR operations at the Glens Falls plant, contributing to workforce development and compliance.
Before Medline, she spent over six years as Director of Human Resources at The Gorman Group, a highway construction and materials firm, where she led a comprehensive range of HR functions—from performance management and compliance to training, morale, and talent strategy.

Earlier in her career, Samantha worked with Price Chopper Supermarkets – Market 32, where she held multiple leadership positions over six years, including Senior Human Resources Specialist and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Her tenure saw the successful implementation of innovative recruitment practices and diversity advancement initiatives.
She also previously held HR leadership roles at Seton Health, Ultralife Corporation, and Hahn Automotive Warehouse, building a solid foundation in talent development, compliance, employee engagement, and safety systems.
