Fargo, North Dakota, United States, September 2025 – Samantha McGregor has started a new position as Senior Director – Human Resources at MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure, marking a significant step in her career. In her new role, she will play a key part in strengthening HR strategies across MasTec’s rapidly expanding clean energy and infrastructure projects.
Prior to this appointment, Samantha spent over six years at Family HealthCare, where she served as Vice President Human Resources for three years and earlier as Director of Human Resources. During her tenure, she advanced employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives that supported healthcare delivery across Fargo-Moorhead.
Before that, she was with Essentia Health for more than three years as a Senior HR Service Partner, leading people operations and HR partnerships to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, she worked at Douglas County Hospital as Senior HR Business Partner and Payroll Manager, where she managed compensation, payroll, and employee relations for nearly three years, playing a central role in workforce management.
Samantha also spent over five years with DMS Health Technologies, first as an HR Generalist/Recruiter and later as a Total Compensation Specialist, overseeing recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration. She began her HR career at Comstock Construction, where she managed payroll and benefits for three years.
