London, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Samantha Reid has stepped into the role of Head of People & Talent at Reward, a global leader in customer engagement and commerce media. In this new position, she will be responsible for leading Reward’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, culture building, and delivering innovative HR solutions that power the organization’s rapid international growth.
Samantha has been with Reward for nearly three years. She first joined as Talent Acquisition Partner, later stepping up as People & Talent Business Partner, where she led recruitment strategy, implemented scalable people practices, and contributed significantly to the company’s talent roadmap during a phase of global expansion. Her promotion to Head of People & Talent marks a recognition of her deep understanding of the business and its unique talent needs.
Before joining Reward, she served as Talent Acquisition Partner at Hogarth Worldwide, where she supported talent operations for one of the world’s largest marketing implementation companies. Her freelance role involved scaling hiring processes across 35+ cities globally while aligning them with Hogarth’s commitment to craft and creativity.
Prior to that, Samantha worked at ConSol Partners, a technology recruitment brand, where she served as Talent Acquisition Specialist, offering permanent and contract hiring services to clients across 60+ countries, including Fortune 500 firms. Her international experience in sourcing top tech talent added immense value to her strategic capabilities in people operations.
Samantha has also held impactful talent roles at UPP, DallasWylde Recruitment, and as Business Owner of SJR Solutions, a specialized construction and commercial recruitment consultancy. She began her career in operational and HR leadership roles at One Point Recruitment, First Choice Recruitment, Stafforce Recruitment, and Ingeus, developing her expertise across both recruitment and workforce strategy over a decade-long journey.
