Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2024 – Sameer Ahuja has joined Firstsource Solutions Limited as Vice President Talent Acquisition. Sameer will be responsible for leading the organization’s global talent acquisition strategies, driving innovative recruitment solutions, and enhancing Firstsource’s employer branding to attract top talent across its diverse industry verticals.
Most recently, Sameer served as Head of Talent Acquisition APAC at MarketStar, where he led regional talent acquisition efforts with a focus on building talent strategies aligned with business goals.
Prior to that, Sameer was Corporate Vice President Talent Acquisition at WNS, overseeing talent acquisition strategies across multiple verticals, including Insurance, Travel, Analytics, and Healthcare. His tenure was marked by innovative hiring practices, process optimization, and leadership in volume hiring.
Sameer also had an extensive career at EXL, where he held leadership roles such as Vice President Talent Acquisition and Senior Assistant Vice President Talent Acquisition, spearheading recruitment efforts in India and South Africa. His contributions included transforming recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and designing competency-based hiring strategies.
Earlier in his career, Sameer held impactful roles at Monster India and Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India), where he demonstrated his expertise in strategic business development, innovative talent solutions, and operational excellence.
