Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 2024 – Samia Al Rajaby has joined Al Tamimi & Company as the new Head of Human Resources Operations and Employee Experience. With extensive experience in human resources management, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR automation, Samia brings a wealth of expertise to the team, aiming to enhance HR strategies and improve the overall employee experience at the firm.

Before joining Al Tamimi & Company, Samia served at DIFC Courts for approximately 6 years as the Human Resources Operations Manager. In this role, she was responsible for recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, learning and development, succession planning, manpower planning, HR automation, performance management, employee engagement, and employee policies and procedures.

Prior to her tenure at DIFC Courts, Samia worked at National Reference Laboratory (NRL) for over 6 years. She held the position of Assistant Manager, Human Resources for about 1.5 years, and earlier, she was the Senior Human Resources Officer for approximately 6 years. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, government relations, new employee onboarding, training and development, Emiratisation, compliance, and reporting.

Earlier in her career, Samia worked at the Dubai Film Festival as an HQ Captain and at HSBC Card Services as a Customer Loyalty and Retention Unit Officer for 3 years, where she honed her skills in customer relations and employee engagement.
