Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 — Sandeep Ghatke has started a new role as Head of Talent Acquisition at MOVE (AirAsia MOVE), taking on the mandate of Talent Acquisition Head – ASEAN. Based in Bengaluru in a hybrid capacity, he will lead the talent acquisition strategy to identify, attract, and hire talent that supports innovation and business growth across the ASEAN region.

With over two decades of experience in Talent Acquisition, I bring deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, proactive sourcing, employer branding, and building strong partnerships with business leaders to create high-performing, scalable global teams”.
Prior to joining MOVE, he served as Director Talent Acquisition at ZoomInfo in Bengaluru, following an earlier role as Director Talent Acquisition at Freshworks, where he was responsible for building product and engineering teams globally for a hyper-growth SaaS business and managing a recruiting team.
Earlier, Sandeep Ghatke spent over four years with AirAsia, where he served as Head of Recruitment – AirAsia Digital and earlier as Head of Tech Recruiting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, leading hiring for global tech centers and building and managing a recruiting team across Malaysia and India.
Before that, he was Head Talent Acquisition (Engineering) – India at Groupon, where he managed engineering hiring and led talent acquisition initiatives supporting workforce capacity assessment and global TA projects. He also served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Flipkart, as part of the executive hiring team responsible for senior leadership hiring and staffing strategies.
Earlier in his career, he worked in talent acquisition roles at eBay Inc., hiring senior technology leaders and supporting tech hiring across the APAC region, and at Samsung India Software Operations Pvt Ltd as Assistant Manager – Recruitment, managing hiring plans and campus recruitment across leading institutes. He began his recruiting journey as Senior Recruiter at Synetairos Technologies Ltd.
